This style is very close to painting, often evoking generous, spectacular brush-painted works. Vibrant colors, unobstructed boundaries and unlimited possibilities characterize this technique, which is one of the most rebellious of all tattoo styles. Colors and shapes are confusing, seemingly undefined, yet all brush strokes have an important role to play. In the watercolor style, many times the contours do not meet, and sometimes the defining lines are completely missing.
